Во-первых, написание ТЗ - это не ваше. Во-вторых, на сколько я понял, если делать все по-человечески, а не через 5-ю точку, то вам нужно «спарсерить» сайт, а результат грузить в 1с, откуда в свою очередь, будет товар по расписанию выгружаться на сайт. Кроме того, по поводу «комплектов», то веротнее всего, они прописаны в 1с либо, если вносились некоторые товары вручную прямо на сайт, то в админке. Ибо сайт не экстрасенс и, он не понимает, комплект это или нет. В любом случае, чтоб подогнать все под один стандарт, настроить автоматическую загрузку результатов парсинга в 1с, а потом на сайт, это кусок работы, цена которого 250 уе (10000 тыс грн). Если за 2000 тыс, то это просто «спарсерить», а там, как говориться, карты вам в руки.

не на все буду отвечать а на самое основное. в 1С товары как раз таки внесены по штучно, с 1с в xml выгружается файл, который по расписанию уже со стороны сайта импортирует файл и разносит таблицу, на сайте написан скрипт, который по размеру дворников определяет для той или иной марки авто куда какой дворник подходит и выводит комплектом в карточке товара
