    Если написать такой парсер нельзя за указанную цену - проект отменю. С владельцем сайта есть контакт и он периодически сам сбрасывает необходимые данные. Но не так часто как хотелось бы. 

    Поэтому делать за "значительно дороже",  даже если для этого есть объективные причины, для меня нецелесообразно.

    пром имеете свойство править теги и обновлять дизайн. и это минимум 2 раза в год. В придачу парсинг только через прокси. Так что в вашем случае куда проще будет и дальше получать от владельца экспорт в эксель.

    Мое дело предложить, а не уговаривать нанять меня. Насчет парсинга прома - ничего критичного в этом нету. Раз в полгода платить по 200-250 гривен и не зависеть от другого человека? Как по мне, это небольшая плата. Для своего удобства же.
