Offer:
1. each store (parsing) for 750. Total 11250.
2. Django admin with a database where the 2000 data will be stored.
3. Deployment on your 2000 server.
The interface will be in the admin area, data can be edited there, and it will also be possible to sort as you wish. There will be a button in the "update data" panel, click it when necessary and parsing will start.
You pay extra if you need proxies. You will also need to see if the sites have an api that you can work with.

The input data for a more accurate assessment of the work is a little missing, so my proposal is:
- 2500 UAH for the general script, which will be as a "manager of data collection" and 1 store (base + 1 simple)
- 500gn for each new store that can be connected to a script (simple)
- 1000gn for each new store if you need to overcome the “blocking” (advanced)
The script is running on the server, proxy connection is possible.
The data can be collected initially in the BD or csv file "by store", then you can present them in any convenient form - for example, Excel- files, and send them to the mail, or in the telegram-bot.
Write in the face. When the wholesale orders (as yours) are always ready to go to the customer’s discounts in the price or add new interesting (I like the developer :]) fichi.
