2) Парсер (скрипт) должен быть передан заказчику для парсинга новых товаров с сайта исходника в будущем.
3) Бонусом будет если парсер изображения товаров будет загружать на сервер или на локальный компьютер.

Уже есть готовый парсер для пром. Многопоточный с поддержкой прокси. Скорость: ~4 обьявления/сек (на один поток). Только вывод в произвольном формате, не для импорта в пром - но это можно исправить. +можно будет сделать загрузку изображений товаров на лок компьютер или сервер.
