Я представляю задачу так:
1. Функция получения HTML - соединяется с ресурсом, притворяется браузером.
2. Функция поиска ссылок на машины (лоты). Парсит из HTML ссылки на все лоты и записывает в таблицу базы данных.
3. Функция поиска данных машины. Парсит из HTML данные машины и лота, записывает в базу данных.
Т.е. должно получиться 2 таблицы в БД - таблица категорий и таблица машин.
