Если взять для примера маркетплейс (пром), с одной структурой страницы для разных магазинов - можно получить список товаров с нужными полями для разных магазинов данной площадки.

нужно больше конкретики.
если сузить поиск по определнным сайтам - можно написать несколько парсеров
если косить глобально - это дорого и долго.

1) Количество поисковых запросов не имеет никакого значения. Я могу хоть один раз запустить этот скрипт, хоть десять раз в минуту. Это дело пользователя.
2) Про какую частоту поиска речь? Пользователь парсера будет использовать его так часто, как захочет.
