Нужен парсер для копирования объявлений с одного сайта недвижимости, включая:
1) фотографии из галереи;
2) адрес объекта;
3) текст описания;
4) табличная часть описания.
Проверка наличия уже внесенного объекта в базу (у каждого объявления уникальный линк - можно по нему).
С передачей парсера на собственный сервер.
С поддержкой/правкой кода в дальнейшем, так как сайт переодически меняет код.

1) инкрементальный парсер на PHP, который выполнить начальную выгрузку данных с сайта, а в дальнейшем будет выполняться по установленному вами расписанию.
2) Парсер будет записывать данные собственную базу данных MуSQL.
3) Что касается галереи, то возможен вариант при котором вы саму галерею не загружается, а используете прямую ссылку на нее.
