I have been creating similar bots - parsers that parsed ads from well-known platforms; you can see what it looks like in my profile. When I made such parsers, I dynamically loaded all the information from the site (categories), but it can also be static, as you described. I also implemented the ability to continue from a certain point in case of interruption in another parser. For outputting results, depending on the client's wishes, I loaded data in both Excel and CSV formats. I also have experience with regular expressions, which will help with numbers. The main advantage of my parsers is resource distribution, proper and relatively fast script operation.
