Парсинг данных через API

Там есть данные о двух регистрах публичной информации.

2 - Business Information System (Bis)
Подробная информация о том, что находится в этих двух регистрах есть на сайте, повторяться не будем.
По следующим страницам: http://avoindata.prh.fi/tr_en.html и http://avoindata.prh.fi/ytj_en.html есть описание API обоих регистров.
Требуется:
- Создать MySql базу для хранения всей информации из обоих регистров
- Написать скрипт для работы с регистрами, который:
а) выкачает всю имеющуюся информацию по всем компаниям и внесет ее в базу
б) в зависимости от настройки крона будет ориентировочно раз в день получать новую информацию по компаниям и вносить ее в базу, а также проверять изменение данных по уже имеющимся компаниям. В случае если какая-то информация по компании изменилась, надо будет внести ее в базу, а старую информацию переместить в отдельную таблицу.
По языкам предпочтительно php 7, но если считаете, что другой язык лучше подойдет для выполнения задачи, то давайте обсудим.
При необходимости можем составить точное ТЗ, но хотелось бы получить комплексное решение и не тратить на это время.
Доступ на сервер (Ubuntu) дадим.
