The main goal of the project is clear, but some details remain unclear:
(Where is this bulletin board located, is there an API for it, what monitoring frequency is needed, etc.)
For the project to translate into Russian / Ukrainian, we can use the free version of Microsoft Translate API (a powerful solution).
The parser itself (and the script that will post the ads) can be made as a simple and convenient Telegram bot.
