Интересная задача, но... Граббер/чекер прокси это по сути отдельный и весомый функционал. Да и соглашусь с комментатором выше, это крайне не надежное решение, плавали, знаем.

А афтар, наверное, только слышал о прокси, но никогда их не пользовал, особенно, бесплатные

У них срок жизни крайне недолговечен...
Но все в сравнении познается, как то брал прокси для A-parser платные, просто небо и земля. -
