Parsing a page with bypassing Cloudflare

There is a page on the website www.rent.ie/rooms-to-rent/galway/knocknacarra
Periodically (let's say, 3 times a day) we need to retrieve data from it:
- The number of properties found in the Knocknacarra area
- The title of a specific listing
- The price
- The publication date
The collected data should be stored in Google Sheets. Ideally, write a parser in Apps Script, as we want to use Google's servers.
The problem is that the site is reliably protected from parsing using Cloudflare. I was unable to bypass the protection.
