Парсинг телеграм каналов и дальнейшее добавление пользователей в чат

Цель скрипта: мы хотим рекламировать свои телеграм каналы. Для этого мы хотим парсить каналы конкурентов, а затем юзеров которых спарсилил добавлять в чат(такое можно в телеграме) и затем уже в этом чате крутить свою рекламу.
Что нужно от вас: создать парсинг скрипт и так же скрипт по добавлению людей в чат. Главное условие, что нам нужны объемы(нам не достаточно 1000 человек) а надо чтобы скрипт добавлял в чат или чаты 10ки тысяч людей. В телеграме есть ограничение на размер чата(поэтому должна быть возможность добавлять в несколько чатов).
