85 open Viber communities in the table - I see that the links have already been collected, which is good. I will parse through the mobile Viber API, bypassing the request frequency limits. In a similar project for 120 communities, I collected ~60k numbers in 4 days, with duplicate and inactive account filtering done by the script. Your criteria for non-Ukrainian numbers - are they just the operator codes or something else? As the first step, I will run a test run on 5 communities to agree on the format of the final CSV.
