Був досвід розробки подібних парсерів, зазвичай у вашому випадку орендують хостинг на якому працює парсер і записує дані в БД потім реалізується своє апі, яке бере данні з БД конвертує їх в JSON та віддає в подальше користування. такий варіант вас влаштовує?
