Required Revisions:

1. Font and Alignment:

   • Bring the entire document to one font — Arial 14 pt (or Bookman Old Style 14 pt, if specified)

   • Align all paragraphs and headings to the vertical axis of the document (left aligned or centered according to content)

   • Check for any "jumping" paragraphs and incorrect indents

2. Page Numbering:

   • Number all pages, starting from the title page (if necessary — manually)

   • Numbers must be displayed in the PDF reader and match those indicated in the table of contents

3. Searchable PDF:

   • Make the document fully text-searchable — especially if it contains scans or images

   • Check that any text can be highlighted and searched (Ctrl+F works)

4. Bookmarks:

   • Add navigational bookmarks for the main sections:

     • Table of Contents

     • Each Exhibit or Section (if this is an Appendix)

     • Certificate of Service

     • Certificate of Compliance

   • Bookmarks must be visible in the PDF sidebar (sidebar navigation)

5. PDF Formatting:

   • The final file must be in PDF/A (archival) format

   • Page size — Letter (8.5 x 11 inches)

   • All visual elements (e.g., borders, numbers, signatures) must be properly centered and readable
