Front side
In this style - the head of a man, a semblance of a halo can be made, from which rays of light emanate.

To the right of the head, the inscription in Hebrew "EL" - the letters ALEF, LAMED - from right to left
To the left of the head, the inscription in Hebrew - SHADAI - SHIN, DALET, YUD
Around the circle - Ecce faciem et figuram eius per quem omnia faceta et qui omnes obediunt creature
Back side - two concentric circles, inside the right square with Arabic numerals (their modern European equivalent, what we call Arabic - on the left, for your convenience, there is a correspondence in Wikipedia for example)
Between the circles at three points (like a triangle) - right, left, top - three Arabic letters - mim-lam-kaf - form the name "Malik" - which is also encoded inside the square
