    думаю достаточно со стороны 1с настройки типового функционала синхронизации данных в формате CML, а со стороны сайта нужна будет покупка модуля синхронизации в формате CML или отладка бесплатного

    На стороні 1с добавляємо хттп сервіси (апі) до яких буде звертатися сайт або на стороні сайту добавляєте якісь прилуди (апі) щоб при звертанні до них 1с могла запитати або зміни або добавлення або видалнні позицій на сайті.
