Redesign the header for the web shop

Good day.
For the website https://beautydepot.sk/, we need to redesign the header to be more interesting, in a "clean, minimalist" style.
Previously, the menu was on the side
and then we decided to change it to a classic top view, but at the moment it looks "cluttered"
All the content that is currently there must remain (if possible, but we can discuss moving such elements to another place) and here are the comments:
- doprava nad 39eur zadarmo = delivery over 39 euros is free (the text can be modified if needed)
- Logo
- Search bar (only the search bar without category selection will be sufficient)
- Si barber?... = are you a barber? we have a discount for you! (this text and appearance can be modified as you see fit. The purpose of this block is to let the user know that if they are a professional barber or hairdresser, they can read detailed text about the benefits of collaborating with us when hovering over this element)
- Personal account button (the text can be removed and just the icon left) and the Cart icon
- it is also necessary to add
- Category button - here is the biggest question. The category buttons remain as they are now, just remove "Blog". Question 1 - should the icons be kept? Question 2 - what would be better, to keep the categories visible as they are now or hide them under one button that opens the categories on click/hover
- ANY of these elements can be redesigned/moved in any way you deem necessary!
