Regarding the platform: I recommend Zoho Mail instead of MXRoute - the price is comparable, but the admin panel and webmail are significantly more convenient, plus there are group mailboxes and mobile apps.

Please clarify: do you need to transfer only the email or also contacts and calendars? How many domains?
