якщо у тебе проект крутиться у virtualenv - то можеш і сам скопіювати (rsync, або зручним тобі способом). Головне перевірити версію пакетів у середині wirtualenv.
База данних - локально зберігається? якщо так - то яка (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ...) і чи треба робити реплікацію.
в якій ОС плануєш використовувати - Linux чи Windows? Можливо тобі простіше буде зробити контейнер, якщо ти часто мігруєш між серверами
