Перенос дизайна на CMS Modx

Необходимо реализовать поддержку адаптивного дизайна и мобильную версию. Использовать планирую CMS Modx. Я предоставляю макеты в psd, они содержат десктоп и мобильную версию. Есть подробное ТЗ, предоставлю его потенциальному исполнителю.
При прокрутке будет шапка с фиксацией, есть всплывающие окна, иконки ввода информации для обратной связи. Товаров будет не более 200 штук. Из страниц - главная, категория, подкатегория и страница товара, а также страницы о компании, контакты и подобные.
P.S. Фрилансеры без опыта работы с CMS Modx и не понимающие о чем идёт дело прошу не беспокоить!
