Good day!
I have already implemented similar projects on Next.js and headless CMS with multilingual support, SEO optimization, custom admin panels, and flexible content management. I also have experience migrating websites from old CMS to a modern stack while preserving structure and allowing for future scalability.
I would be happy to show relevant cases and discuss the details. After a brief call, I can provide guidance on timelines and budget.

Hello!
We can assist with the website migration and implement a new solution tailored to your needs.
1. Is a complete transfer of existing content required, including articles, media files, and SEO metadata?
2. Do all 6 languages already have ready translations, or is it necessary to provide a convenient mechanism for adding and managing content translations through Payload CMS?

2335 37 0 Good day Ivan, the price and timelines depend on what exactly needs to be done. Will it be a blog, a store, or SaaS? What functionality should be on the site? Is there a design? Where will the site operate, is there hosting, a server? If not, there are options to host for free. Please write the details in a private message.

357 Good day. I have over 5 years of commercial experience working with next.js and payload cms. An example of a site completed with this stack featuring multilingual support is https://www.9kits.com/.

558 3 0 Hello. The project fully aligns with my primary technology stack. I am a Senior Full-Stack developer with extensive experience in commercial development using Next.js (App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) and Payload CMS.
I have a successful track record of implementing complex multilingual platforms, and I appreciate Payload CMS for its flexibility, clean code, and unparalleled convenience of the admin panel for content managers.
Since the current website's scope, number of pages, data structure, and presence of custom functionality are not specified in the terms of reference, it is impossible to provide exact figures. Assessing the scale of work "blindly" would be unprofessional.
Please send a link to your current website or a detailed description of the page structure. After analyzing the architecture and content volume, I will be able to provide you with accurate and reasonable timelines, as well as the final development cost.
My work experience:
* Next.js and Payload CMS: This is my primary stack for creating scalable and high-performance systems. I write clean code in TypeScript and use Tailwind CSS for fast and responsive layouts.
* Multilingualism: I have experience setting up localization in 4+ languages. I know how to properly structure routing in App Router, configure i18n in Payload CMS, and prepare international SEO (hreflang tags, multilingual sitemap.xml).
* Timelines and costs: Approximately 2-3 weeks; I will finalize the budget and timeline immediately after receiving detailed information.
You can view my work and technical cases here: https://mcarrow.online
… Please send the details about the website, and we can calculate everything specifically.

My experience:
Stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS - my main tools.
Payload CMS: I have experience integrating and creating user-friendly admin panels for self-managing content.
Multilingualism and SEO: I implemented a complex i18n architecture with proper routing and Dynamic Metadata for correct indexing by search engines.
Terms and cost: I can provide approximate timelines and costs only after I see your current website and assess the volume of content for migration.
I would be happy to receive a link to the existing resource for a detailed analysis.

196 We already have a nearly ready integration for Next.js App Router and Payload CMS, which can be quickly adapted for your site. We can discuss the details in the project right now; I'm available (:
Similar examples:
- https://business.ingello.com/platforma - a corporate platform with a neat architecture and data management
- https://business.ingello.com/forma-crm - an example of admin logic, roles, and convenient work with entities
Based on our experience, we have worked with Next.js, TypeScript, multilingual interfaces, admin panels, and SEO structures for projects where content is regularly updated by the team.
Estimated timeline - 30 working days.
… Cost - 120,000 UAH for the basic transfer, setup of Payload CMS, 6 languages, routing, SEO basics, and an admin panel for self-editing content.
I envision the implementation as follows - first, we describe the types of pages and collections in Payload CMS, then we assemble multilingual routes in App Router, connect media, translations, and SEO metadata, after which we transfer the content and check hreflang, sitemap, canonical, and the convenience of the admin panel.
Additionally, we can add an AI assistant for draft translations, SEO titles, and quick descriptions of articles - this is not mandatory, but for 6 languages, it usually saves editors' time.
We will need access to the current site, repository, hosting, or server, as well as a list of languages and an example of the current page structure.
I would like to clarify 2 points:
- The design of the current site will be preserved completely, or are template edits allowed?
- Will the content be transferred by importing from the current system, or can some materials be entered manually?
