Со своего опыта скажу, что это не очень разумно сначала верстать, а потом натягивать верстку на Opencart. При переноси верстки начинают отваливаться скрипты, так как они привязанные к дефолтным классам, идентификаторам… Верстать нужно сразу в tpl файлах opencart, что бы потом не было проблем.
