Rewrite the cart on OpenCart
The current cart needs to be rewritten so that it works without glitches.
For example, what glitches:
- cities are not pulled up when ordering
- there is no synchronization, so if you select Nova Poshta, then the field for the Nova Poshta branch appears next. And this applies to all deliveries, the fields do not connect with each other
- the checkbox for not calling back is not always transferred
- the mask +380 is not always transmitted, which is why people seem to be unable to submit applications (but this is not certain)
- minimum order, if you add to the required amount, and then delete some items in the cart. Then it will miss less than the minimum amount
- The checkbox with VAT should be transmitted
- comments should be transmitted
*But in general, applications in any form of payment and with any delivery should correctly transmit all data.
** I think it would be good to rewrite it from scratch, as you said, and then everything will be fixed
