Помещения над и под квартирой являются жилыми (квартиры), т.е. установка нового санузла возможна только в зоне коридора и имеющегося санузла.
Самый простой вариант (к сожалению возможно единственный) разделить санузел на два, но тогда для одной студии проход в ее санузел будет через общий коридор, что является не подходящим вариантом.
«Не допускается размещение уборной и ванной (или душевой) непосредственно над жилыми комнатами и кухнями. Размещение уборной и ванной (или душевой) в верхнем уровне над кухней допускается в квартирах, расположенных в двух уровнях.»
