Reconnect supplier's product to Google Sheets using API

I own an online auto parts store based on PretsaShop and, with the help of various files, I connect suppliers.
Background:
Half a year ago, a programmer friend connected a supplier using an API to a Google spreadsheet, set this file to update. Then, I connected this file from Google spreadsheet to the online store on PrestaShop. All the products were connected more or less correctly, the only issue was with the stock (on the PestaShop side, the product that disappeared from the Google file was not turned off).
Issue:
- Currently, the file in the Google spreadsheet, to which the supplier's products are connected via API, is not working stably (a lot of products are not added to the file).
- Issue with the supplier's product stock on my website (Prestashop). When updating the file, the product that is not in the Google spreadsheet remains unchanged (it should be turned off).
Task:
- Set up the Google file update so that the current information appears at least once a day.
- Set up the update of products from the Google file on the Prestashop side so that when updating, all products take all the current information from the file and, if necessary, are turned off.
!Important
If you have any ideas or experience to make it easier to load supplier products using API on the PrestaShop side (for example, without using the step with Google spreadsheet), then I will be happy.
P.S. I often connect different suppliers and plan to find someone who can do this. If you have experience in such work, I will be happy to continue our collaboration in the future.
