Перерисовать здание практически без размеров, это практически то же самое что нарисовать его с нуля.
Готов взяться за работу, но после уточнения конкретного ТЗ и стоимости. Нужны либо более детальные чертежи, со всеми читаемыми размерами, либо в разы вырастет стоимость.
Сделать могу в любой версии ArchiCAD, в 3D, то есть будет своего рода BIM-модель, которую можно использовать и для последующей визуализации, если такова будет нужна.
