Rebuild the mobile application in 1C

There is a working mobile application 1C (client) that operates on TSD. The client is built by the assembler and connects to the 1C database version platform 8.3.13.1513. We installed a new 1C platform version 8.3.27.1719 and this mobile client gives an error when connecting (does not access the database), possibly the reason is the version of the mobile client and it needs to be rebuilt.
The task is to rebuild the mobile application so that it works with the new platform 8.3.27.1719
