Photo Processing, Photography — incorrectly specified categories?

We're looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help organize and prepare completed event projects for our internal content library.

You'll receive folders containing event photos and will be responsible for selecting the best images, applying basic edits, organizing the files, and uploading everything into our Google Drive following our folder structure.

Responsibilities

Review all photos from completed projects
Select the strongest images (remove duplicates, blurry or unusable shots)
Perform basic editing (cropping, exposure, color correction, straightening when needed)
Rename and organize files according to our guidelines
Upload completed folders to our Google Drive using the provided structure
Ensure every project is clean, consistent, and easy to navigate

Requirements

Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software
Strong attention to detail
Good eye for composition and image quality
Comfortable working with Google Drive
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow naming conventions and SOPs

Nice to Have

Experience working with event photography
Familiarity with entertainment, live events, or production companies

Test Task

Before we begin our collaboration, we'll provide a short test.

You'll receive:

A small folder of raw event photos
Simple editing guidelines
Our Google Drive folder structure

Your task will be to:

Select the best images.
Apply basic edits.
Name the files correctly.
Apply correct sizes.

The test allows us to evaluate attention to detail, editing quality, and organizational skills.

About Us

We are Laser Saga, a company specializing in multimedia shows, permanent installations, lasers, special effects, projection mapping, and large-scale entertainment productions. We're building a well-organized media library of our completed projects and are looking for someone who can become our little helper.
