Все необходимые настройки должны храниться в массиве, в protected переменной класса подключения.
Порядок вызовов при работе должен быть следующим:
1. Создали класс подключения
- Вызвали метод подключения
- Вызвали метод проверки подключения
2. Создали класс работы с кампаниями, передали в него класс подключения
- Обратились к методу, получили XML или PHP массив
3. Создали класс работы с бюджетом, передали в него класс подключения
- Обратились к методу, получили XML или PHP массив
Весь код должен удовлетворять проверкам PHP_CodeSniffer, правила Zend.
