2 using "Staten Island", $block and $lot in the form
HTTP://a810-bisweb.nyc.gov/bisweb/bispi00.jsp
3 go to the “Permits In-Process/Issued” link.
4 We get the result table (7 fields), parsim and record the result in the second mysql table, attaching to the "listing number" query.
The above link - quickly opens in the chrome, but does not open in Iceweasel under the link - apparently useragent is important.
