I am to some extent a programmer myself, and recently created an advertising service on Telegram.
The essence is simple: the user buys a subscription, adds their session to my database, and can use it for various tasks, such as parsing chat audiences, viewing stories, etc. (but that's not important).
Right now, I need a programmer whom I can pay for help with development. 
Main tasks:
1. Server issue: It is unclear why the server for receiving HTTP requests periodically closes or crashes. It needs to be investigated and fixed.
2. Performance optimization: Processing a request for 20 chats takes 10-30 minutes due to Telegram limitations and a 3-second delay between requests. The logic needs to be rewritten to speed up processing.
3. Automation: Create an algorithm that uploads a text file (with 1500 chats) in the required format and gradually processes it, taking into account the user's subscription.
4. Grabber: Develop a scalable grabber that allows the client to connect their session, add a donor channel, and their own channel. The software will automatically forward posts between them.
Future plans: implement all these tasks.
