По желаню задания могуть быть реализованы по принципу: сделал- получил (бюджет есть, плачу моментально) или по окончанию. Но на начальных этапах, только - первый вариант.
Не хочу терять время на ламеров и php-фантазеров.
Коммуникация (обязательно): почта, skype, мобильный, личная встреча (большой «+», если оперативно).
