Здравствуйте. Извините, но Ваши бессистемные дерганья, увы, ни к чему не приведут (судя по заданиям). Раскрутка артиста (кстати, какого?)-это тщательно прописанная на определённое время стратегия, с четким понятием и выполнением запланированных мероприятий и конечного результата. И чем менее известен персонаж, тем надо больше усилий приложить к его продвижению.

Для того, чтобы возникли конкретные предложения надо обладать подробной исходной информацией, которой здесь нет, т.к. в каждом отдельном случае план продвижения будет разным. Поэтому мое предложение Вам одно - найдите действительно понимающего в данном вопросе человека, договоритесь с ним, и начинайте системно работать. Рад был бы Вам помочь, но я не профессиональный продюсер, хоть и неплохо разбираюсь в PR-технологиях, рекламе и т.п.) И понимаю Ваши чаяния, поэтому желаю успехов в задуманном.
