Task Description:
We need an experienced lawyer to prepare 200-250 claim complaints and demand letters aimed at refuting false information spread in the form of articles and video materials. The content is defamatory and affects the reputation of the client.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of demand letters and claims based on a template structure with adaptation to the specific facts of each case
Legal analysis and argumentation to recognize the information as false
Maintaining a register for each case (date, author, source, essence of the claim, status)
As needed - interaction with courts, notaries, hosting providers, or platforms (YouTube and others)
Requirements:
Higher legal education
Experience in cases related to the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation
Ability to work with large volumes of standard documentation
Experience in court practice will be an advantage
Work Volume:
200-250 articles and video materials
Deadlines: discussed individually
Work Format:
Remote, with the possibility of meetings if needed (Kyiv/Ukraine)
