We will set it up so that messages from the WhatsApp bot (configured in n8n) automatically go to your Chatwoot (Inbox/Conversation). I will implement the scenario:
• receiving incoming messages in n8n (Webhook/Trigger from the WhatsApp provider),
• creating/updating a contact in Chatwoot,
• creating/searching for a conversation,
• adding a message to the appropriate inbox,
• processing attachments (if needed), logging, and retries in case of errors.
