I have reviewed the technical specifications — the problem is clear, it is a classic case of "mirror" duplication due to incorrect lead routing.
How I will solve it:
🔹 Tools
— Webhooks + API (main option for controlling logic)
— or Make (if it needs to be supported faster and simpler)
🔹 Regarding duplicates (LSA)
— I will check how leads come in (endpoint / webhook / scenario)
— I will separate streams by source (Aclean / Rhino) at the logic level
— I will add a check before creating a lead (uniqueness: phone / email / lead ID)
— I will exclude "mirror" creation through filters or separate scenarios
Result:
each lead is created once and with the correct source
🔹 Regarding Thumbtack
— I will check the integration (API / email parsing / webhook)
— I will set up automatic transfer to Pipedrive
— I will add the correct source (Thumbtack Aclean)
🔹 Experience
— Pipedrive (API, automation, pipelines)
— integrations through Make / Webhooks
— working with leads and routing logic
