Plugin for Minecraft server "Meteorite"

This is a plugin for a Minecraft server on this site, but it has not been updated for 4 years, so we need one with the same functionality but fresh: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/meteoritespro.72092/
This is my first experience working with coders, so if something needs to be added according to the specification, please describe it in points, I will be grateful 🙂
Regarding the payment for the completed work, write it yourself, I just indicated to fill in the field.
The main problem with the plugin is that it is not supported. Our main server version is 1.16.5, if possible, make it compatible with 1.16.5 and higher.
Also, add a drop editor, like in the BAirdrop plugin, if you are familiar with it, because currently everything is done through yml and you have to configure everything yourself.
The implementation of editing and adding inventory to drops should be the same as here: https://github.com/By1337/BAirDrop
For each meteorite, for example, Ordinary and Crystalline, there should be a separate tab for adding resources that will be found in it and the chance, i.e., the percentage to find that item in this Meteorite.
The plugin can be implemented or you can just take an existing plugin, make it convenient to add items, send us the source code, and provide plugin support.
