Need - to write a plugin that
- will parse news from another site (currently one specific),
- will rewrite/unique the content (title and body), discarding unnecessary
- will add to the second paragraph a link to the source in the style of ", writes XXX" (where instead of XXX I will specify the abbreviation that we will use consistently, and will place this as a link to the news source)
- will download (if available) images from the news, and add them to our library on the site where the plugin is installed
Technical details
- parsing is enough once an hour - checking if any news has appeared on the source in the last hour
- does not publish immediately, but puts in "Scheduled" after 30 minutes. If several news items appear - schedules them with a 30-minute interval (i.e., if 3 news items appear, it schedules them for 30, 60, 90 minutes)
- uniqueness through the ChatGPT API (considering other alternatives, it's not critical for me)
- the title is unique based on the entire article, not just the existing headline
- by "removing garbage" it means that the news on the source may have videos, many photos with captions, etc. - we only need the text in the result
- think about not blocking our IP
- on average, there will be 5-15 articles per day, so a small number (if this is important)
- in the future - then expand to 1-2 more sites. Either by adding to this plugin or creating analogs (more likely) for other sites

I have questions:
1. - it does not publish immediately, but schedules it for "Scheduled" after 30 minutes.
