Если у вас ошибки при генерации или отображение XML ,то там в целом ошибка где то в шаблоне или плагине, вайтспейс , utf с BOM или подобное и найти обычно такоей геморрой весьма проблематично.
Также генерировать фиды на разных языках бессмысленно, гугл давно применяет теги автоматически как для русских тайтлов,так и для украинских в формате двуязычности.
