Я тоже считаю, что планировка - это одно из самых дорогих удовольствий. А вот те заявки, которые по 1,5 т грн можно сразу выбросить в мусорку.

Полностью согласен. Планировка - это чуть ли не самое важное в проекте дома. Потому как именно от нее будет зависеть ЕЖЕДНЕВНЫЙ комфорт и удобство проживающих. И если (условно) протекающую крышу можно заменить/починить, то с неудачной планировкой ты уже ничего не сделаешь.

А еще было бы неплохо увидеть исходные планы - вдруг там вообще ничего нельзя изменить...учитывая, что площадь 70 м2, развернуться особо негде!!!
Но Заказчик считает, что такая работа оценивается только метрами квадратными!
А планы его дома - военная тайна! Ну, ведь несложно хотя бы от руки набросать??? Но нет - догадывайтесь сами! -
