Я роблю проект 3-4 тижні при цьому як то кажуть як за станком , повний робочий день , така ціна як я поставив це дешево томущо в нас народ безграмотний і не розуміє чому потрібно платити щоб в тебе був добре запроектований будинок , і тому щоб кожен замовник навіть на фрілансі з будт-якого міста чи села мав право на хороший будинок . Я рахую що це потрібно вміти бачити на перед щоб не переробляти по два рази , замовник дивіться самі - будівництво коштує 450+$/м.кв. якщо будете будувати самі а не через будівельну фірму . Кожне невдале рішення кожен зайвий метр коридору це кілька тисяч доларів за безтолково використану площу якою ви не будете користуватися . А якщо ви будівельник тоді подумайте що погано зроблений проект за три копійки це неповага до вашої праці .
