Если уж вы так хорошо знаете «школьный курс» геометрии, то дайте, пожалуйста, ответ - зачем вас толщина стен, чтоб посчитать их площадь?!

Еще хотелось бы поблагодарить за внимание, что заметили что проект не полный! Если есть все исходные: размеры комнаты, высота, и размеры окон и дверей - я бы не обращался за помощью! А есть то, что есть и нужно максимально точно ( по возможности ) высчитать недостающие размеры, имея те, которые есть и далее площадь. Для этого есть специальные программы и навыки людей.
