Plugin for Woocommerce

Hello.

Good experience in creating custom plugins for woocommerce is required.

Idea is making tables wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables smaller by removing old orders to new "fast" tables.  wp_postmeta table  contains 1.5M records at the moment, mostly for woocommerce order details. If we move old orders to separate table, the site will work faster. The only problem that customers of the site won't be able to see the history of orders. So this plugin should modify way woocommerce shows history of orders for customers, using other tables (actually everything should work as now but use other names of tables).

We need to create plugin so standard woocommerce orders pages in my account (i.e. frontend area, where buyers see their orders) -
/my-account/orders/ (attached)
/my-account/view-order/999999/  (attached)
work with other db tables, not original tables but absolutely identical (copied from original and renamed):
wp_woocommerce_fast_orders
wp_woocommerce_fast_ordermeta
wp_woocommerce_fast_order_items
wp_woocommerce_fast_order_itemmeta

These tables above have the same structure/data as the original woocommerce tables used for the pages above:
wp_posts
wp_postmeta
wp_woocommerce_order_items
wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta

The admin area will keep working as is - using old tables.
But we also need to do a function that copies orders (together with all details form tables above) older than 30 days from the original tables to new tables and deletes them in the original tables.  

The project should be done by this week, access to dev server will be provided.

We're interested in future projects with good developer also.
