Because of the large number of lines, EXCEL is not actually slowing down, and the line is going to be even bigger.
TASK:
Any software solution (acceptable using a fee-based software) that will perform the following functions similar to the EXCEL file.
1. Keep the database as a table, three columns with a lot of lines.
2. The ability to add new data by input or insert Ctrl+C into the database(s).
3. In the base table, a function should be performed and duplicated on-line, i.e. As soon as the value is entered into the table base if it already exists in the database, it shall in any way be highlighted or illuminated.
4. The ability to select and copy text values from the base (preferably as) of the table for subsequent copying in EXCEL (Ctrl+C – Ctrl+V)

С условным форматированием конечно будет тормозить нереально. Необходимо написать программу взаимодействия с базой, типа добавление данных, изменение данных, выборка данных и т.д. Реализовать можно там же в Excel посредством VBA. Для одного или нескольких пользователей? Есть примеры, могу показать.
