Also, if we work together, we will need the details and information about the organization that will actually carry out the preparatory and construction works to understand their capabilities and what equipment they will use for construction. To start, to generally assess, the project documentation must already be developed - design specifications, general plan, architectural design. I can perform as a "contractor" or "architect" but without a certificate and not as a sole proprietor - that is, I will exclude the graphic part and make an explanatory note without stamps.
