Glue data by cross identifiers (phones, Client ID) so that we can see the full path: from clicking on the ad and calling to closing the order in 1C. Set up the final dashboard in Looker Studio. It should be concise and convenient for daily viewing on a phone. Main blocks: Marketing (ROMI, cost per lead, CAC). Finance (Turnover, margin by categories, average check). Process efficiency (workload of posts, sales of managers). Who I'm looking for: A person with experience in web analytics and building reports specifically for the real sector (services, retail, ideally — auto services). You should understand the difference between turnover and margin and be able to communicate with 1C specialists in the same language. I need content from WhatApp pulled into Monday.com project management plans / task lists. The connection currently created is already transferring information to Monday.com but not to the right project boards and not including owner and timeline. I need help with this connection.
