I looked at the website not from the screenshot, but in the real code. The site is on WordPress, built with Elementor Pro, using the Zakra theme, and WPML is connected for three languages.

In the Elementor settings, additional fine-tuning of responsive breakpoints beyond the usual desktop/tablet/mobile is enabled - this feature is not very common, and it is rarely used consciously. I checked the final CSS of the site - at least one of these additional breakpoints is not fully configured, which causes part of the menu block and other elements to behave differently than intended on intermediate screen resolutions. This explains what you described: everything seems fine on desktop and mobile, but somewhere in between, it breaks. It looks like the previous freelancer started adjusting the responsiveness and did not finish.

The second point is that in several large blocks (apparently the hero block and the statistics block), there are large negative margins calculated for a wide desktop screen. On narrow screens, such margins often cause images or text to overlap each other. This needs to be checked for each such block separately, rather than with one general setting for all sizes at once.
