1. Есть логотип компании:

Я его делал сам, надо его сделать профессионально, там обводка плохая вокруг желтой буквы "С", может еще что-то, я не дизайнер, я мелочей этих не вижу.
2. На основании логотипа сделать красивую иконку сайта, чтобы она четко и ярко смотрелась во всех браузерах как на активной вкладке, так и не не активной.
3. http://chronicles.name - вот сам сайт. Там сверху флажки. Все одинаковые кроме русского языка. Надо сделать русский таким же, как и все остальные (черную рамочку вокруг него сделать). Вот сама картинка с русским языком: http://chronicles.name/media/img/flags2.gif
Также просьба все, что будете делать, делать в цветовой гамме сайта. Она сейчас: белый - желтый - синий/фиолетовый.
